Bookwheelz.com is a delivery service from one user to another user across Mumbai (within octroi limits) and also thane city. Bookwheelz.com isn’t the buyer and seller of used/secondhand/donated/new books. Bookwheelz.com does not take the responsibility of condition of used/secondhand books. The time for any delivery service is 3 business days (excluding Sundays, civil holidays and public holidays), for donation of books time period for delivery is 7 business days. The mentioned time period for delivery service can be altered or delayed due to any city/civil problems or due to wrong address. The refund of profile money would be settled once the package is exhausted (i.e. either the no. of deals are over or the stipulated time of package is exceeded). Also incase of return of full package money to user (under the scheme of invite friends during registration process), the same shall be accounted for, at the end of package duration only (either 6 months or 12 months). The delivery service provided by bookwheelz.com would not entertain delivery of any other things other then books (no newspapers, magazines, religious scriptures, digital study material like CD’s, DVD’s, FLOPPY DRIVES or pen drives). Incase of wrong details (address, phone no., college details, user name) provided by user while package activation, bookwheelz.com doesn’t take the responsibility of proper delivery of books. The delivery service provided for users donating books is absolutely free, however in case of forged address and name of donator, the user shall be entitled to legal prosecution. Also the delivery service provided by bookwheelz.com if hindered/delayed due to wrong profile information of user, the package amount of the user shall be seized and shall not be an activated user on the site thereafter. The new books purchased through bookwheelz.com website under the “send request” section is an altogether exclusive service provided by bookwheelz.com, however, the price of book purchased under this segment is not decided by the website authorities, they are completely dependent on rates offered by publication houses for that particular book and other contemporary market conditions. Once a book is dealt by a user with an activated profile on bookwheelz.com (which includes buying, selling, send a request, donating books), the user can no longer be in a position to cancel the deal. However under special circumstances and conditions, beyond mentioned possibilities, shall be negotiated with bookwheelz.com from user-side by making a call to our helpline number. By registering or activating a profile on bookwheelz.com, the user makes sure that he abides by all the rules laid down for proper dealing of books under any package selected and shall not hold bookwheelz.com responsible for condition of delivery of used books.
